The framework evaluates public disclosure quality (not verified ESG performance) and asks whether ESG disclosure is specific, measurable, evidence-based, governance-linked, risk-integrated, externally verified, operationally embedded, and connected to sustainable value creation.

Derived metrics (v2)

Beyond the base 0–24 disclosure quality score, v2 introduces metrics that distinguish narrative ESG reporting from governance-useful disclosure and operational embedding.
